Bay Area eTc is excited to offer the Show Sponsor program, which allows sponsors to take a large role in our public relations and advertising campaigns to reach our participants and patrons in various ways. Our playbills are seen by over two thousand patrons who attend our shows. In addition, our show posters are displayed at many mid-Peninsula businesses and community centers.

 

​The support of our patrons and sponsors makes it possible for us to bring musical theater and its many benefits - public speaking skills, self-confidence, family bonding, and the outright joy of theater - to thousands of children and adults in our community each year. Sponsoring an eTc show not only can help increase the visibility of your business, but you are also supporting the next generation of artists and leaders in your local community!

Diamond Sponsor - $2,500 or higher

  • Full-page, color advertisement in playbill with premium placement 

  • Premium logo placement on website, production posters, and playbill cover

  • Lobby poster of your logo during our shows

  • Special thanks during curtain speech

  • 8 tickets for both Shrek and our fall 2025 show; includes priority seat selection a week before the general public

Gold Sponsor - $1,000 to $2,499

  • Full-page, black & white advertisement in playbill

  • Premium logo placement on website and production posters

  • 6 tickets to Shrek with priority seat selection

Silver Sponsor -$500 to $999

  • 2/3-page, black & white advertisement in playbill

  • 4 tickets to Shrek with priority seat selection

Bronze Sponsor - $150 to $499

  • Business card size, black & white advertisement in playbill

  • 2 tickets to Shrek with priority seat selection

Sponsor form, payment and artwork must be received by March 30, 2025, for full sponsor print benefits. Last day to sponsor and submit artwork for playbill is April 19, 2025. Late sponsorships may not receive all benefits listed.
