Calling all cast…have you ever wanted to be in the circus? Now’s your chance to try out for the Circus McGurkis! Bring your unusual talents, magic tricks, aerobatics and special skills for the Circus McGurkis!
 
Set Construction Crew at the Warehouse this Weekend
Saturday, February 6 – 11am-3pm

We have the materials and the ideas from the production team so it is time to get started on these fun and colorful sets for Seussical! Everyone is welcome. Just wear appropriate clothing andshoes, bring your tools or painting gear if you have them, and come join the fun! It's such rewarding work to create things for the production and then more fun to see them onstage!Please bring your screw gun/drill if you have one!
 
For safety ~Please do not wear flip-flops or sandals to the warehouse!!
 
Directions to the Warehouse
The warehouse is located at 850 E. San Carlos Avenue, Suite D.
From Parkside:
101 South
Exit at Holly Street
Make left at light which is Industrial
Make a left onto E. San Carlos Ave. the warehouse is towards the back to the left. The large roll up door will be open.
 
Order Forms
All order forms were due onJanuary 30. Please be sure to turn them into the “Returned Forms” box in the “Order Forms” folder. You can give them to Dwayne or Danielle as well, but please don’t give them to the director, choreographer or vocal director as they have too many things to worry about and I don’t want to bother them with the forms. They must be turned in this weekend so that we can order the t-shirts and sweat shirts this week!

Rehearse At Home
Please be sure that your actor is practicing at home. They should be practicing the words to the songs even without music. Also, they should be reviewing the dance steps and blocking they have learned. We are doing an Act 1 Run Through next weekend so it is very important they remember what they are doing. We will have a rehearsal CD with all the music for them next weekend. This way, they can practice with the music at home! In the meantime, if you would like to download the music at home and put it directly onto your computer or ipod, go to the websitehttps://sites.google.com/site/bayareaetcmusic/seussical and download all the great music Susie has created.
 
Headshots
Headshots will not be taken this weekend. They will be rescheduled. Information will be available soon.

Attached to  this email you will find a family roster. Please keep these numbers and the information to yourself and don’t share it with people outside of the Seussical production.
 
Preview Shows
Now that you know which cast your actor is in, it is time to start reserving your seats for the Preview Shows. This is a great opportunity for your child’s school class to see live, affordable theater! Download a Preview Show Order Form in the forms section of Seussical on the website –www.bayareaetc.org. Hurry because seats fill fast!

Any Cast Member attending School in the Redwood City School District?
The RWC School District’s policy changed and they no longer allow flyers through the schools. If your child attends school in Redwood City, please let us know so we can get flyers to you for your actor to share with his/her school.
