Tickets
Now is the time to start ordering your tickets for Seussical! All seating is assigned, so the earlier you order the wider choice you’ll have and the better your seats will be! You can order tickets online at:http://www.bayareaetc.org/tickets.html
There are also two types of discounted tickets:
Vouchers:
10 ticket vouchers come in a pack for $130 (a $30 dollar savings). Each voucher can be exchanged for one reserved seat/ticket to any of the Seussical shows. These are great for family, friends and teachers! Remember the vouchers need to be exchanged for a ticket with a seat assignment. Shows will sell-out, so please make sure to exchange your vouchers for specific seats as soon as you know which shows you want to attend.
Proud Parent Pass:
A great way to see every show for one low price— $50! These are only available for parents of the actors and each parent needs to have their own pass (they are not transferable). Seats are assigned the day of the show, so come to the box office early on show days to obtain a reserved seat.It is no longer possible to reserve a seat in advance with the proud parent pass; all seats will be issued on the day of the show.
There will be order forms available on the website under the forms section and at rehearsal.

Reminder, its not too late to order preview show tickets. This is a great opportunity for your child’s school class to see live, affordable theater! Download a Preview Show Order Form in the forms section of Seussical on the website –www.bayareaetc.org. Hurry because seats fill fast!

House Duties Committee
A sign up sheet will be available this weekend at rehearsal to sign up for House Duties. We need help at all shows with Concession Sales, Ushering, Flowers and Raffle Sales. Please sign up for as many shifts as you can!
Chaperone Committee
Time to sign up for chaperone duty! A poster with available slots will be up at Parkside outside the main practice
room. Signing up for one of the tech rehearsals in addition to the performance slots is suggested to get an idea of the flow of the show and which groups are needed during which scenes.
Bios & Head Shots
It is time to have the actors write their bios. Bios should be one paragraph and written in third person. Here are some questions your actor can answer to help them get started on writing their bio: 1. What other plays have you been in? 2. What are some of your
favorite past roles? 3. What do you like best about being in this production? 4. What is your favorite thing about acting? 5. In addition to acting, what other activities do you do? 6. Who has influenced you most in your acting and why? 5. Is there anything else that you would like others to know about you? Please send the bios to the bio email addressseussicalbios@yahoo.com no later than March 6.
If your actor did not take a headshot with the photographer, please bring a 4 x 6 black and white portrait to rehearsal. We need to collect all photos by March 6. The head shot needs to be 4” length and 6” high.
Ads
This is the last weekend to put an ad in the program. Approximately 2000 people see the program during the run of the show. You can bring a business card or email the ad by February 27. The ad must either be ready to scan or ready to download. You can email an electronic copy of the ad tobayareaetc@yahoo.com

Props – Helping gather props for the show
Costumes – Helping with the various costume projects.Bring your sewing machine if you have one!
Set Construction – Parents who can help with detail painting and rigging the sets for hanging.
Flyers for Private Schools and Other Community Locations
If you need flyers for your private school or any other community location, they will be available at rehearsal on Saturday. Please just sign your name, the number of flyers you're taking, and where you are taking them so we don't duplicate efforts.
