Set Construction Crew at the Warehouse this Weekend
Saturday, February 13 – 11am-3pm
Sunday, February 14 – 1pm-5pm
WE NEED YOU!!! We have lots to do and very little time. We only have 3 weekends until load in and we have many pieces to complete. We need as much help for the next 3 weeks that we can possibly get. Even if you didn’t sign up for set construction, you are welcome to come help. Everyone is welcome. Please come for as much time as you can allow. Just wear appropriate clothing andshoes, bring your tools or painting gear if you have them, and come join the fun! It's such rewarding work to create things for the production and then more fun to see them onstage!Please bring your screw gun/drill if you have one!
For safety ~Please do not wear flip-flops or sandals to the warehouse!!
Directions to the Warehouse
The warehouse is located at 850 E. San Carlos Avenue, Suite D.
From Parkside:
101 South
Exit at Holly Street
Make left at light which is Industrial
Make a left onto E. San Carlos Ave. the warehouse is towards the back to the left. The large roll up door will be open.
We Need A Tricycle!
Do you have a large tricycle we can borrow for the show? It needs to be large enough for the Cat in the Hat to ride. We would need it ASAP and you would get it back at the end of the show. Please let me know if you have one!
Headshots
Headshots will be taken onSunday, February 14. The photographer will be at Parkside. Actors will be called beginning at noon. She will be there for about 45 minutes. The form must accompany the actor if they are ordering a headshot regardless if they are ordering extra photos or not.
Preview Shows
Reminder, its not too late to order preview show tickets. This is a great opportunity for your child’s school class to see live, affordable theater! Download a Preview Show Order Form in the forms section of Seussical on the website –www.bayareaetc.org. Hurry because seats fill fast!

The RWC School District’s policy changed and they no longer allow flyers through the schools. If your child attends school in Redwood City, please let us know so we can get flyers to you for your actor to share with his/her school.
