Volunteers needed for Box Office
The Box Office needs some workers to help sell tickets before each show. You need to be there one hour before show time (right after you drop off your actor) and will be done by the time the curtain goes up! If you are interested contact Bonnie at tickets@bayareaetc.org.

Now is the time to start ordering your tickets for Seussical! All seating is assigned, so the earlier you order the wider choice you’ll have and the better your seats will be! You can order tickets online at: http://www.bayareaetc.org/tickets.html
LAST CHANCE for Vouchers and Proud Parent Passes
The last day to purchase Vouchers and Proud Parent Passes is this Sunday, March 14th.
There are also two types of discounted tickets:
Vouchers: 10 ticket vouchers come in a pack for $130 (a $30 dollar savings). Each voucher can be exchanged for one reserved seat/ticket to any of the Seussical shows. These are great for family, friends and teachers! Remember the vouchers need to be exchanged for a ticket with a seat assignment. Shows will sell-out, so please make sure to exchange your vouchers for specific seats as soon as you know which shows you want to attend.
Proud Parent Pass: A great way to see every show for one low price— $50! These are only available for parents of the actors and each parent needs to have their own pass (they are not transferable). Seats are assigned the day of the show, so come to the box office early on show days to obtain a reserved seat. It is no longer possible to reserve a seat in advance with the proud parent pass; all seats will be issued on the day of the show.
There will be order forms available on the website under the forms section and at rehearsal.
Raffle
The Raffle Committee needs your help in garnering prizes. Copies of the raffle prize solicitation letter will be available at rehearsal in your child's folder. Please take one...and share it with your favorite vendor (store, restaurant, kids activity, salon, etc.). The TAX ID number is included and their donation is tax deductible. They also get recognition in the program if their donations are received by Friday, March 12th. A soft copy of the letter is attached to this e-mail if you'd like to personalize the "To"...or just be able to make lots of copies! Feel free, also, to contact the Raffle Committee Chair, Carrie Ridge, at carrie.ridge@gmail.com or (650) 207-7137 to discuss any potential donations.
Cast Party News
Reminder, if you haven’t already signed up for the Seussical Cast Party, it’s not too late. Join us after Saturday’s performance anytime after 6pm at the Barrett Community Center in Belmont at 1835 Belburn Drive Get directions
Come wearing your favorite, craziest, most special hat that you can find and win a prize!
We also need your help to provide drinks and dessert items. If your last name begins with A through L please bring drinks that do not require cups. We also need some coolers with ice so bring that along with you! If your last name begins with M through Z please bring your favorite dessert items such as cookies, brownies, or cupcakes.
Set Construction
Wow, with only a few finishing touches to be completed, we are FINISHED with the set construction! A very big thank you to everyone who helped. Together with the Borel families we managed to get all that work done in record time. If you have fulfilled your volunteer hours, thank you! You may, of course, continue to help in a variety of ways at the theater. For those who didn't reach the goal of 25 hours with us, thank you for your help as well. We hope you have been working with one of the other committees, or will do so at the theater. We need every family to participate 'behind the scenes'. By working together, we help our actors to deliver a great show. This weekend's schedule:Saturday, March 13: Finish work, clean and organize warehouse 11 - 3Sunday, March 14: None (smiles!) Once again, THANK YOU for all of your help. We hope you found it rewarding. Look for pieces you helped to make while you enjoy our performances of Seussical!
