Welcome to the first edition of Neverland News.
This email address (neverlandnews08@yahoo.com) is now the address you should use to contact the production coordinators, Danielle Brewer and Denise Railsback. We will be happy to answer any of your questions regarding the production of Peter Pan. We will also forward any questions or report absenses to the artistic staff as well.
Each week you will receive an email updating you on the week's events in relation to the production of Peter Pan. The email will usually arrive in your mail box on Thursday. The email will also be posted on the eTc website, www.bayareaetc.org.
Below you will find information regarding the workshop on January 26 and the Auditions for February 2 & 3.
Audition Workshop - Note time difference!
Saturday, January 26
11-12:30 - 10 & Under
1-2:30 - 11 & Over
There will be NO workshop on Sunday.
The website had the workshop listed at the wrong times. Please note that the above times are the correct workshop times.
If you are unable to attend your age designated time slot, you can attend the alternate time.
You can sign up for an audition time at the workshop. If you are unable to attend the workshop, you can reply to this email noting the day and time that you would like to audition. You will receive a confirmation via email regarding your scheduled audition time. The audition times will also be posted on the website, www.bayareaetc.org by Monday evening.
***Attention New Parents***
There will be a mandatory New Parent meeting during the Audition Workshop. If your familly had not participated in an e.T.c. mainstage show in the last two years, a representative from your family must attend the meeting. It is important that you attend this meeting to become aquainted with the e.T.c. organization.
Auditions
Saturday, February 2 11am - 3pm
Sunday, February 3 1pm - 5pm
Callbacks
This director generally does not do callbacks prior to casting. She does reserve the right to have callbacks on Monday, February 4 if she sees fit. There will be no make up auditions on Monday, February 4.
***Attention All Parents***
There will be a mandatory parent meeting during your actors audition. At least one family member must attend the meeting. This meeting will outline the upcoming production and the expectations of the actors as well as the families, including the required volunteer hours.
Audition Workshop and Auditions will be held at Parkside Elementary School , 1685 Eisenhower in San Mateo
Cast List
The director plans to have the cast list posted by Thursday, February 7. You can access the cast list at www.bayareaetc.org.
