Well, the cast is off and flying. They have two dances under their belts and will have two more after this weekend!
Thank you to all the committee members who attended the meetings or contacted me with their commitment to the tasks. Raffle solicitation letters and field trip order forms were mailed out this week. Two moms offered to help with the headshots on Sunday and the publicity committee had a very productive brainstorming session. We are off to a great start. If you were unable to attend your committee meeting last week, please touch base with Danielle to find out what you can help with. Thank you everyone.

Committee Meetings This Weekend
Some committees will begin meeting and working this weekend!
Program Committee
The program committee will meet with Danielle on Saturday at 12:45 for a brief meeting and task distribution.
Costume Committee
The costume committee will meet at the warehouse on Saturday beginning at 11am. The costume concepts will be reviewed and tasks will be assigned. Please meet with Theresa on Saturday at the warehouse!
Set Construction – Saturday, 11am-3pm & Sunday, 1-5pm
The set construction crew will be at the warehouse building the sets this weekend (as they will be every weekend). The sets are looking amazing already and there are lots of things to do. If you like working with power tools or painting or building things, this is the place for you! Show up and check in with Adam or Scott and have a blast!
Headshots

Ticket Order Forms
The ticket order form will be in the cast folders this weekend. Fundraiser Dinner
This is the last week to reserve a spot if you still wish to attend the dinner and/or movie night on March 8. You can RSVP through the website Pay Pal link at http://www.bayareaetc.org/fundraising.html
T-Shirt Orders
The order from for extra t-shirts will be in cast folders this weekend. If you or a family member would like to order a Peter Pan t-shirt or your actor would like an additional t-shirt, fill out the order form and return it to the “Extra T-shirt” folder. The order form is also available on the website.
Voucher & Proud Parent Deadline
The deadline to purchase Voucher packs and Proud Parent Passes is April 12. All paperwork and payments must be received by April 12. After April 12, individual show tickets will be available through the website as well as through the ticket order forms only. You can also order Proud Parent Passes and vouchers through the website PayPal option at http://www.bayareaetc.org/tickets.html
Program Ads
In the cast folders this weekend will be a program ad form. If you or a family member or friend owns a business and would like to advertise in the Peter Pan program, please fill out the form and attach the payment and the camera ready art.
