House Duties
The house duties committee will meet with the chair of the committee Lisa Carey on Saturday at 1:30 for a brief meeting and to learn expectations of committee members and begin signing up for house duties shifts. House duties committee members include concessions, ushers, flowers and raffle ticket sales.

Chaperone Committee
The chaperone committee will meet with Danielle on Saturday at 1:45pm at Parkside. There will be a brief meeting to learn the duties and expectations of a chaperone.

Costume Committee
The costume committee will meet at the warehouse on Saturday. Be on the lookout for an informational email from Theresa regarding the time.

Set Construction – Saturday, 11am-3pm & Sunday, 1-5pm
The set construction crew will be at the warehouse building the sets this weekend (as they will be every weekend). The sets are looking amazing already and there are lots of things to do. If you like working with power tools or painting or building things, this is the place for you! Show up and check in with Adam or Scott and have a blast!

Publicity Committee
The Publicity Committee will continue their work getting the word out about Peter Pan. This is a very important role and everyone who is part of the committee will meet at Parkside with Co-Chairs Denise and Melissa. If you are interested in helping with the publicity, please come to the meeting.

Daylight Savings
Remember, Saturday night is “Spring Forward”. We will be having more daylight beginning this weekend, but it also means we lose an hour of sleep. So don’t forget to set your clocks forward and be on time to rehersal.

Fly Daddy’s & Mommy’s
Are you looking for a way to fulfill your volunteer hours that would really get you involved in the show? Well do we have the job for you! We are looking for more fly Daddy’s and Mommy’s to physically fly the actors during the show. There are a few qualifications. You must be physically able to handle the weight of the actors and you must be available to attend the fly training on April 22, 24 & 25 from 6-9pm and April 23 from 2-6pm. Please talk to Danielle as soon as possible if you are interested.

Week Night Construction
Some of the families have expressed an interest in working on set construction during the week in the evenings from approximately 6-9pm. Scott and Adam would like to take a quick survey as to what evening would work the best for the largest number of families. If you are interested in working on sets during the week, please respond to Danielle at neverlandnews08@yahoo.com with the night of the week that would work for you.

Volunteer Hours
It is time to start tracking volunteer hours. You will find a volunteer hour tracking form in the folders this week. Please take a quick moment to fill it out and place it in the “Volunteer Hours” folder. Remember, if you have not begun your hours but you plan to fulfill the hours during the show, fill out the form with “0” hours and make a note of how you plan to complete them.

Nitty Gritty Day – March 16
ALL HANDS ON DECK! Nitty Gritty Day is on Sunday, March 16 at the warehouse from 1-5pm.
