***Field Trip Performance Time Change***
Thursday, May 1 – 10am
Thursday, May 15 – 10am
We will not be holding a Thursday evening, May 1 field trip performance. Instead we will be having a field trip performance in the morning. We have contacted the schools and all who have their STAR testing schedules set have confirmed that the testing will be May 5 through May 9. This frees up May 1 for a morning field trip show, which is the preferred time. Field trip letters and order forms will be in the cast folders and online this weekend.
Rehearsal Expectation Reminder
In order for rehearsals to run smoothly and the actors to get the most out of rehearsal, anyone who has long hair must pull it back in a ponytail or clips and away from their face.
It is also important that actors wear closed toed shoes that are comfortable to dance in. This means no sandals, flip flops or crocs! They should also wear clothing that is easy to move in. And remember girls, no bra straps or belly buttons showing.
Also, actors need to remember their scripts and a pencil each week.
Costume Measurement Forms
Please be sure to bring costume measurement forms to rehearsal on February 23 and turn it into the folder labeled "Costumes". You can download the form in the forms section of the website, http://www.bayareaetc.org/forms/ CostumeMeasurementForm.pdf.
Committee Meetings This Weekend
