Set Construction Crew at the Warehouse this Weekend
Saturday, October 2 – 11am-3pm
Sunday, October 3 – 1pm-6pm

The Set Construction Committee works every Saturday and Sunday at the e.T.c. warehouse -
850 East San Carlos Ave, San Carlos, CA 94070 .

Make a difference in your child’s show! Actors always enjoy bragging that "my mom painted that" or "my dad built that" or "my brother and I helped make that". eTc is all about the ‘family experience’ – come be a part of the fun without having to be onstage! No experience necessary – just safe shoes (flat with closed-toes) and comfortable clothes that can get dirty.
Everyone is welcome, even if you are not on the committee, and you'll get credit toward those volunteer hours!

So
bring your power tools, paint brushes, gloves, etc!!!! Oh, and please remember to sign in and out to get credit for your volunteer hours!!

Directions to the Warehouse
The warehouse is located at 850 E. San Carlos Avenue, Suite D.
From College Park:
101 South
Exit at Holly Street West
Make left at light which is Industrial
Make a left onto E. San Carlos Ave. the warehouse is towards the back to the right. The large roll up door will be open.

Rehearse At Home
A Rehearsal CD is coming soon! Still, your actor should be able to practice at home without a script - doing all scenes, songs, dances and blocking from memory!! Act One Run Thrus were not perfect - we have a long way to go. Every actor should review his/her part on his/her own at least two to three times during the week! Please be sure that your actor is practicing at home often, so s/he can shine like a star onstage!!!

CONFLICTS -
very important!!!
NO CONFLICT IS EXCUSED AFTER Sat, Oct 16 - even if you wrote it on your Audition Form or e-mailed Danielle about it! Any questions about a rehearsal AFTER Oct 16 should be shared IN PERSON with the production director, Miss Christie. All conflicts AFTER OCT 16 will be subject to Staff review in the best interest of the production - roles may be reduced. Thank you for your understanding!

Tickets…Tickets…Tickets!!!
Tickets are on sale for Alice in Wonderland!
Now is the time to start thinking about your tickets for Alice in Wonderland! All seating is assigned, so the earlier you order the wider choice you’ll have and the better your seats will be!

To make it easier for you to tell your friends and family about the show, we'll be posting sample emails with show dates for each cast and one with all the dates. You can copy this info to make a personalized email that you can use to remind all of your friends and family to get tickets! Look for them by the weekend in the FORMS section of the website.

EASIEST WAY TO ORDER TICKETS IS ONLINE
http://www.bayareaetc.org/tickets.html
If you order your tickets
online you can pick your own seats and print your own tickets! You can also order tickets manually through the ticket order form (which is available online under "Forms" and can be turned in at rehearsal to the ticket folder).

Prices:
Ticket prices are: $15 for adults; $12 for seniors and $10 for students. There is a $1 service charge per ticket regardless of how you purchase your tickets – online, at the door, or through advance ticket sales.

There are two types of discounted tickets:
Vouchers: 10 ticket vouchers come in a pack for $130 (a $30 dollar savings). Each voucher can be exchanged for one reserved seat/ticket to any of the shows. These are great for family, friends and teachers! Remember the vouchers need to be exchanged for a ticket with a seat assignment. Shows will sell-out, so please make sure to exchange your vouchers for specific seats as soon as you know which shows you want to attend.

Proud Parent Pass: A great way to see every show for one low price— $50! These are only available for parents of the actors and each parent needs to have their own pass (they are not transferable). Seats are assigned the day of the show, so come to the box office early on show days to obtain a reserved seat. It is no longer possible to reserve a seat in advance with the proud parent pass; all seats will be issued on the day of the show.

The order form for vouchers and proud parent passes is online. Just complete the form and turn it in at rehearsal. Your vouchers will be delivered to your folder at rehearsal, so make sure you check it! Proud Parent Passes will be distributed during Tech Week.

If you have question you can email
ticket@bayareaetc.org
