Sunday, Sept 26 FULL CAST REHEARSAL from 1pm to 6pm – we are running Act One Off-Book with both casts! Everyone will be very busy during this rehearsal. However, there will be breaks and some healthy ‘down-time’, so send plenty of snacks, lots of water and something quiet but fun to do. More ideas and info to be sent next week!
NO FOOD IN THE REHEARSAL SPACE
There is NO FOOD allowed in the rehearsal space. Please tell you actor NO FOOD is allowed. There is a major ant problem in the location and if we continue to bring food in, the ants will not go away. Some of our parents have been there this week getting rid of the ants and cleaning the space so it is clean and safe for our actors. Please have your actor do their part in keeping it clean. If actors want to eat their snacks, they must do it outside at the tables.
Costume Measurement Forms Online
Costume Measurements were due last week. If you did not turn it in, please email it to aliceinwonderland@yahoo.com You can find the costume measurement forms online at http://www.bayareaetc.org/forms/CostumeMeasurementForm.pdf in the forms section of Alice In Wonderland Information.
Roles Still To Be Determined
Now that rehearsals are in full swing, it’s time to find the missing pieces of our WONDERful puzzle. If you want to be cast in one of these roles, prove it in rehearsal by being Off-Book, always ready to work hard and wearing a Cheshire smile. The Staff is ready to fill the Act One roles! Are you ready to play one?

The Set Construction Committee works every Saturday and Sunday at the e.T.c. warehouse - 850 East San Carlos Ave, San Carlos, CA 94070 .
Make a difference in your child’s show! Actors always enjoy bragging that "my mom painted that" or "my dad built that" or "my brother and I helped make that". eTc is all about the ‘family experience’ – come be a part of the fun without having to be onstage! No experience necessary – just safe shoes (flat with closed-toes) and comfortable clothes that can get dirty. Everyone is welcome, even if you are not on the committee, and you'll get credit toward those volunteer hours!
So bring your power tools, paint brushes, gloves, etc!!!! Oh, and please remember to sign in and out to get credit for your volunteer hours!!

Every actor should know their CUE lines (when to enter or exit) and what their blocking is (where they move when on the stage). Every actor should complete the "Character Worksheet" to turn in on Sat, Sept 18. See Miss Christie if you did not receive a Character Worksheet.
CONFLICTS – very important!!!
The staff has made every effort to be extremely flexible as far as actor conflicts go – thus far. Once we start doing run thrus, NO CONFLICTS ARE ALLOWED. As stated on your Audition Forms, NO conflict is excused after Sat, Oct 16. Please talk to Miss Christie, the production director, in person if you have any questions. All unexcused conflicts will be subject to Staff review in the best interest of the production. Thank you for your understanding – we all have to work hard so we all can get to play hard!
